The Challenge
Build and launch a complete SaaS product — front end, backend logic, and tooling — lean enough for a small team to ship and operate without a platform army behind it.
Our Approach
We built a full SaaS platform: a marketing and app front end on WordPress, a serverless backend layer (Cloudflare Workers) running the product’s tools and logic, all deployed on our own OpenLiteSpeed server stack — designed, built, and operated by us.
